A 23-year-old computer operator earning just Rs 13,000 per month allegedly masterminded a Rs 21 crore fraud to finance a lavish lifestyle that included luxury cars, a 4-BHK flat, and diamond jewelry for his girlfriend. Harshal Kumar Kshirsagar, a contractual employee at a state-run sports complex in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, reportedly used a fake email ID to manipulate the bank account linked to the complex. He is accused of changing the registered email, enabling internet banking, and diverting Rs 21.6 crore into 13 accounts over a span of five months.
